How to Apply for a Lease

A simple, hassle-free process to secure your next rental home. Follow these steps to apply with confidence and move in with ease!

Complete the preliminary questionnaire.
Set an appointment to tour the property for rent.
Complete the Online Application.
Send in your last 2 months bank statements and check stubs.
Print a copy of your Credit Report from a free annual credit report site, so we can check your debt to income ratio and ensure we will have a healthy minimum 40% income to www.annualcreditreport.com or Pay $50/Credit Check.
Copy of drivers licenses of adults over 18 years old.
Tour the property a 2nd time and complete final interview with Property Manager.
