Lease application process & steps;

1. Complete the preliminary questionnaire.
2. Set an appointment to tour the property for rent.
3. Complete the Online Application.
4. Send in your last 2 months bank statements and check stubs.
5. Print a copy of your Credit Report from a free annual credit report site, so we can check your debt to income ratio and ensure we will have a healthy minimum 40% income to www.annualcreditreport.com or Pay $50/Credit Check.
6. Copy of drivers licenses of adults over 18 years old.
7. Tour the property a 2nd time and complete final interview with Property Manager.
