Residential Lease Application

The applicant(s) must sign this application before it will be considered for verification. Acceptance of the application is not a binding contract until accepted by the homeowner and a lease is signed by Invetrust Estates LLC. Investrust retains the right to require the entire amount of the security deposit to be paid by the applicant(s) within 24 hours of acceptance to hold the property off the market.
